Bingöl Sugar-Free Karakovan Kütük Mountain Honey 500 Gr for Breakfast

It is produced in specially prepared hives on the ridge of Bingöl mountains. It is completely pure honey produced naturally by the bee. It is made in hives prepared in a way not to enter the dark and daylight. After the logs are placed in the beehives in a regular manner, the mouths of the beehives are covered with mud to make them dark. Small holes are left through the mouths of the hives so that bees can enter and exit. Thyme is burned or sprinkled on the bees in powder form so that the bees are not affected and damaged by seasonal conditions and weather changes. The bees are removed from the hive to collect the honeys whose production is completed, and the baskets are meticulously collected from the hive and prepared.
